Customer Service Shortcuts – Find a Human to Help

The links in the post below may be affiliate links. Read the full disclosure.

Here is a list of customer service shortcuts where you can get out of “voice mail jail” and find a human to help you. The site is called Get – great name, isn’t it? I heard this on the Clark Howard show  (love him.) Look to the right of the company listing and you can see the average wait time and a customer rating too.

Here is another money saving tip- Instead of paying $1.49 to call 411 information, use 1-800-FREE-411 or 1-800-GOOG-411. Plug these into your speed dial.

If you want to write a complaint letter to the “big dogs” at a publicly traded company, search EDGAR. The company 10k report will usually contain the  names and official mailing addresses of the company officers.
