Use a pre-paid Visa or Mastercard, the ones you get for rebates whenever you want to do a free trial like this that requires a credit card number. It can even have a zero balance. You just need to enter the credit card number. Then you cannot be charged at the end of the trial if you forget to cancel.

I use Google Calendar to remind me of these kinds of things that I need to keep track of. Cancel before the 2 months is up, or if you find this is a good value (perhaps you are ready to cancel cable TV or you will go to the movies 1 time less per month) then this can save you money on your discretionary spending.
My daughter did not have a TV in her dorm room. She loved having Hulu Plus. Having the ability to watch 30 Rock on her laptop was worth the price of the service for her. If she just drinks 2 less Starbucks per month, she can pay for it and come out ahead!
