restaurant.com exchange

Restaurant.com has a new (easy) way to exchange your unused Restaurant.com certificates online with just a few easy clicks.

From their website:

Restaurant.com has a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If a dining experience does not live up to expectations, or you just change your mind, we will gladly exchange your unused restaurant certificate for a new one – no questions asked!

It’s always been our policy, but now, we’ve made it even easier for customers to take advantage of this flexible option.  Simply visit the “My Account” section and click on “My Certificates,” then “Restaurant Gift Certificates.”  You’ll be asked to confirm that your certificate has not been used and presto – you’ll receive an eGift Card of equal value.

You can choose to redeem the code for a new restaurant right away, or save the credit in your account.  Our customer service representatives will also gladly assist you with this process, but now you have the option to complete an exchange on your own, any time.

It’s never been easier to purchase and use Restaurant.com certificates!”

Wow, this is a pretty flexible option!

restaurant.com easter promo
Right now you can get a $10 Restaurant.com gift certificate for only $2 or $20 Restaurant.com gift certificate for only $5. The promo code is the same (“BUNNY” – through 3/28) after you choose your denomination.
If you have never used them before, here are a few tips.

Before you buy a discounted meal voucher  you can plug in your zip code at the Restaurant.com  website to see which restaurants are participating. Make sure you read the restrictions before you purchase.

    • I like to use these if we are taking a large group out to dinner or for a date night to try a new local (non-chain) restaurant. These are also great when traveling and dining out every day. I just check the restaurant reviews online and then buy several of these to take on my trip.
