I am delighted to see that JC Penney is getting back to sending out coupons. If you get a letter in the mail from JC Penney, be sure and open it. Mine had a coupon for $10 off a $10 purchase. As soon as these are available to share online, I will so stay tuned!
JC Penney: Free Haircuts for Kids Starts in November
Starting November 4th, you can take your kids to any JC Penney salon on Sundays for a FREE haircut. The offer is valid for children in kindergarten through sixth grade. Just call your local JC Penney salon or stop by to book an appointment. These were a huge success in August, so make your appointment early! JC Penney gave away 1.6 million haircuts in August.

JC Penney will also be offering free haircuts to breast cancer survivors in October for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
I wish JC Penney success as they continue to try and gain customers back. I have a few good ideas for them if they would like my opinion!

Call your local JC Penney Portrait Studio and book your appointment. If at all possible, try not to go on a weekend. Readers have reported that it is very crowded on the weekends often with long wait times.
