If you are a Costco shopper, my friend Erin at 5DollarDinners has put together a list of 20 meals that you can make from Costco for about $150 along with a printable shopping list.
What I love about this plan is that you can make a bunch of the meals ahead of time, freeze them and them just pop them in your slow cooker to get good food on the table, fast!
There are gluten free, Whole30 and paleo modifications for each of the recipes along with a shopping list, recipe list and assembly/video instructions to assemble the freezer packs and some dollar stretching tips if you want to use different ingredients.
The plan is so affordable. I know you will save tons of money & time. She has done all the prep and planning for us. There are 2 options- the basic option which is just the recipes and the shopping list -or- the complete which contains the recipes, the shopping list, assebmbly instructions, the video, and a special notes section to help you befor eyou head out to buy the ingredients.
The Complete pack is only $5.00 and the Basic pack is only $2.49 – here is the link to get started:
Each pack in this plan is DOUBLED, so these 10 meals make 20 packs total! Each pack serves a family of 4. Larger families can double or use 2 packs for 1 meal!
