Are you a fan of Restoration Hardware decor? I am too, but for me, it is “look, but don’t touch.” Wow, those prices are expensive. When I visit my sisters in Long Island New York, I enjoy a trip to the Restoration Hardware outlet store in Riverhead in but even at the outlet store, you have to really dig to find bargains. Here is a list of the Restoration Hardware outlet stores across the USA.
This week’s Decor on a Dime makeover features a $12,000 dining room (see RH inspiration rooms) recreation for about $2,500 with items from Home Depot, IKEA, Overstock.com, and Target. The majority of the budget is for the table and the storage unit.
You can decorate a little at a time. I keep the images and items I want on my smartphone and when I spot a great deal at a price I can afford, I buy it. I am used to decorating over time. I have never had the budget to do an entire room at once! Just think of it as a “collected look”, it sounds fancier!
