On a hot summer day, you can treat the kids to a family-friendly movie inside a cool movie theater for as little as a dollar. Here are the national and regional Kids Summer Movie programs and details for 2017, thanks to This Mommy Saves Money. 



Regal Cinemas

Admission to the Summer Movie Express is only $1. Tickets available for purchase at the box office and all movies start at 10:00 am. A portion of the proceeds goes to the Will Rogers Institute. Check here to see what date your local Regal theater is starting their Summer Movie Express.

All movies start at 10 AM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and are rated PG

The Summer Movie Clubhouse is a ten-week program of recently released G and PG films for kids. The cost is $1 per person per movie at the door the morning of the program. A ten-week series punch card is available at the theater box office or online at for $5, while supplies last, at participating theaters.

Doors open at 9:15 am (movies start at 10 am). Both movies will play on Tuesday & Thursday of that week. $1 Admission, $2 Popcorn, 46 oz, & $2 drinks, 16 oz.
