Step 1: Place the top oven rack in the center position and pre-heat oven to 425°F.  Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat™ baking mat and set aside.

Step 2: Pit the dates by carefully cutting a slit down one side with a sharp knife. Remove pits and discard. Set aside.

Step 3: Add goat cheese, almonds, and two tablespoons honey to a medium bowl and stir to combine.
