Mahi Mahi is one of the most delicious white fish in the market. I’m a fan of different mahi mahi recipes like the Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos with fresh guacamole.
Step 1: Place the top oven rack in the center position and preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil or a Silpat™ baking sheet. Set aside.
Step 2: Add the mahi-mahi fillets to the sheet pan and a tablespoon of olive oil on top. Use a pastry brush to spread the oil evenly over the surface of the fillets. Season fish with a pinch of salt and black pepper, to taste.
Step 4: Add the red onion wedges and drizzle with the remaining bit of olive oil. Spread the oil with a pastry brush until the onion is completely coated.
