Dear Steals and Deals. Back in late June I purchased solar chargers from Vista Shops. The chargers came on on July 8th and a week ago one has already quit working. I have contacted Steals and Deals, this is the second time and I can’t get in touch with Vista Shops. Someone please take responsibility and help me get this problem straightened out.
