Preheat oven to 325°F
In a large bowl, stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, and baking soda
In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, brown sugar, melted butter, espresso granules, vanilla, and 1/2 cup sugar
Slowly stir in flour mixture into the large bowl with the egg mixture
Cover and chill dough in the fridge for 1 hour
While waiting for the dough to chill, take out two small bowls and fill one with powdered sugar and the other with regular sugar
Shape chilled dough into balls and roll in regular sugar and then into the powdered sugar and place on the cookie sheet
Bake for 11-12 minutes
