Fish Tacos

I love to serve different types of tacos. This fish tacos recipe is super easy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 24 ounces of mild fish fillets
  • 1 package flour tortillas
  • 2 cups red cabbage , chopped
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 half fresh lime
  • Hot sauce
  • Tortilla chips

Instructions
 

  • Add cinnamon, nutmeg, paprika, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl and mix well.
  • Stir into the oil.
  • Spray a shallow baking pan with cooking spray and place fish onto the pan.
  • Pour marinade over fish and let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Remove and broil the fish (about 4″ from the flame) for 3-5 minutes or until the fish is flaky.
  • Once the fish is cooked, place the tortillas in foil and put them in the warm oven for just a few minutes to heat them.
  • Drizzle with freshly squeezed lime juice.
  • Divide the fish and place on the tortillas.
  • Assemble the tacos with your toppings; cabbage, fresh cilantro, and hot sauce to taste.
