Grilled Lamb Chops with Herbes de Provence

I wanted to try other meats this week and came up with the Grilled Lamb Chops with Herbes de Provence. It’s one of the best and easy recipes you can find that is perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbs dried herbs de Provence
  • 2 Tbs Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • 1 Tbls dry white wine such as Chardonnay
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove , minced
  • 8 1 thick lamb loin chops , trimmed
  • Cooking spray (or olive oil for pan)

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the indoor grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • Lightly brush the pan with olive oil.
  • In a small bowl, combine the Herbes de Provence, mustard, olive oil, wine, garlic, salt and. Mix it well and brush mixture evenly over all sides of the lamb chops.
  • Place the Provence lamb chops on the grill or a broiling pan. Grill or broil 4 minutes on each side and cook it to your desired degree of doneness.
  • Serve the tender meat with a fresh garden salad, hot crusty bread and a nice white wine. Bon appétit!
