You can never go wrong with this healthy blueberry crisp made with simple ingredients that can be easily found at grocery stores.

fresh blueberries maple syrup ground cinnamon ground allspice dried rosemary old-fashioned rolled oats almond flour (or oat flour)

Optional to Serve: Greek yogurt or a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.

Mixing bowls Cast Iron Skillet or Square Baking Dish Aluminum Foil

Step 1: Place top oven rack in the center position and pre-heat oven to 350°F.

Step 2: Place blueberries in a large bowl. Add maple syrup, cinnamon, allspice, rosemary, and salt. Combine blueberries and other ingredients then set aside.

Step 3: Combine the topping ingredients in a separate mixing bowl. Stir until the oats are thoroughly coated and all ingredients are well combined. Set aside.

Step 5: Place into a preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes. If the top layer is nicely browned at this point, cover the dish with aluminum foil to prevent over-browning.
