What is the New Subscription Service from Walmart?
Readers are asking “how does Walmart Plus work?”
If you have not heard, Walmart has launched a new subscription service called Walmart Plus or Walmart +.
They are competing for customers who use Amazon Prime.
Members of Walmart Plus will receive unlimited free delivery from stores and fuel discounts from participating gas stations.
The subscription service will cost $98 a year or $12.95 a month. It comes with a 15-day trial period.
According to their press releases, Walmart Plus will feature “in-store prices” and same-day delivery on over 160,000 items.
So beyond groceries, you can have in-store items delivered to your home with no added fees. There is a $35 minimum purchase required for deliveries from your store. Check availability and restrictions.
If you have the Walmart service called Delivery Unlimited, you will be transferred to the new Walmart + plan.
