Broccoli  Yellow onion Bacon Sliced almonds Mayonnaise Milk or cream Sugar White vinegar


Step 1: Place bacon in a deep skillet and cook over medium high heat until browned. Let it cool and crumble.

Step 2: Cut the broccoli into bite-size pieces and cut the onion into thin bite size slices.


Step 3: In a large bowl combine broccoli, cooked bacon, sliced almonds (optional) and mix well.
