These 5 Ingredient Christmas cookies are my tradition – they are so moist and tender. You make them with a cake mix. They are easy to make and you can do so many variations. My kids and I have been making them for years.

Ingredients

1 box (15.25 oz) white cake mix 1/3 cup vegetable oil 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 2/3 cup sprinkles Ziploc bags (or piping bags)

Instructions

STEP 1: Mix cake mix, oil, eggs, and vanilla together in a bowl. STEP 2: The dough will be stiff but continue to mix until well blended. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

STEP 3: Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

STEP 4: Shape dough into tablespoon-size dough balls, I use a 1 tablespoon portion scoop and dip into sprinkles. Use a spoon to toss the dough in the sprinkles and coat all sides.
