Add olive oil, shrimp and dry white wine. Cook, stirring occasionally until the shrimp turns pink. About 2-4 minutes. Wild-caught Argentinian Red Shrimp cook in about half the time of traditional shrimp.
Drain pasta and toss with the shrimp mixture. Add lemon wedges. Season to taste with Kosher salt and pepper. Garnish with red pepper flakes and parsley. Serve immediately.
