This hearty minestrone soup is easy to make in the slow cooker.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 can red kidney beans rinsed & drained
  • 1 can garbanzo beans rinsed & drained
  • 1 can 14.5 oz, Italian Style diced tomatoes
  • 1 <g class="gr_ gr_120 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear Style multiReplace" id="120" data-gr-id="120">can </g> 15 oz, tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1-1/2 cups frozen vegetables
  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • 2 cups cooked pasta shells
  • Parmesan Cheese for serving

Instructions

  • Set the slow cooker on low for 4-6 hours.
