Heavy cream Grand Marnier (or you can substitute other liqueur such as Amaretto or Bailey’s Irish Cream) Orange zest

STEP 1: In a small pot over medium heat, stir the heavy cream, Grand Marnier, orange zest, sea salt and vanilla extract. Bring to a gentle simmer and remove from heat.
