Caprese Chicken Thighs Skillet 

This Caprese Chicken Thighs Skillet recipe is an easy one-skillet chicken dish. It's made with simple ingredients that can easily be found at grocery store and is perfect for dinner on busy nights.

INGREDIENTS

Extra virgin olive oil Chicken thighs Italian seasoning Red pepper flakes Sea salt and black pepper Unsalted butter Chicken stock Cherry tomatoes Mozzarella slices Red pepper Fresh basil

STEP #1

Preheat oven to 425°F.

STEP #2

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil.

STEP #3

Combine Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes. Place chicken thighs in a large bowl and drizzle with the remaining olive oil.

STEP #3

Sprinkle chicken with one tablespoon Italian seasoning. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste. Toss to evenly coat. Transfer to the hot skillet.
