  • Sea salt, to taste
  • 2 Granny Smith Apples
  • 1 C. Italian Parsley, chopped
  • 1 C. Fresh Dill, chopped
  • 6–8 leaves fresh mint, chopped
  • 6–8 leaves fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 C extra virgin olive oil

How to Make Couscous with Green Apple Salad

#1. Cook couscous in lightly salted water according to package directions. For the best experience, couscous should be prepared al dente. When finished cooking, set it aside. preparing to cook the couscous #2. Add your medium green apple, parsley, dill, mint, and basil to a large serving bowl and toss to combine. #3. Add the cooked couscous to a large bowl. Combine it with apple and the fresh herb mixture. mixing the couscous salad #4. Prepare the dressing by combining lemon juice, olive oil, and salt in a small bowl or jar. #5. Pour the fresh basil dressing over the salad mixture. Gently toss everything to combine. #6.
