I don’t love plain water, but simply by adding a few healthy items, my daily water intake has improved. It makes drinking your glasses of water more exciting with the combination of fruits that have lots of nutritional benefits.

I’ve always enjoyed Lemon Cucumber water, especially on a hot summer day. I place lots of ice cubes and enjoy its natural flavors.
Ingredients:
- ½ cucumber, sliced
- ½ lemon, sliced
- 2 cups water or pitcher of water
Add all ingredients to a tall glass or pitcher and infuse for at least 1 hour. Enjoy your pitcher of infused water!
Orange Rosemary
If you’re a little bored with just plain water, this Orange Rosemary water with no added sugar will give it flavor. Oranges and rosemary are known to be rich in Vitamin C you will also enjoy its added health benefits.
Ingredients:
- ½ orange, thin slices
- 1 rosemary sprig
- 2 cups water
Add all ingredients to a tall glass and let infuse for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!
Strawberry Mint
There’s something oh-so-refreshing with the combination of sweet strawberries and mint! I enjoy this quite a lot when craving sugary drinks.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup strawberries, halved
- 2 mint sprigs
- 2 cups water

Got a cold? This combination is rich in antioxidants and Vitamin C. Give your tap water a delightful spin by adding these fruity flavors.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- ½ lemon, sliced
- 2 cups water
