4 Easy Infused Water recipes to enjoy this summer

Get your water bottle ready and stay hydrated and healthy with these fruit-infused water recipes. Some may call this detox water. This is one of the best ways to ensure you’ll get a healthy drink that will help aid your immune system during these warmer days.

I don’t love plain water, but by adding a few healthy items, my daily water intake has improved. It makes drinking your glasses of water more exciting with the combination of fruits with many nutritional benefits.

Lemon Cucumber

I’ve always enjoyed Lemon Cucumber water, especially on a hot summer day. I place lots of ice cubes and enjoy their natural flavors.

Lemon Cucumber Water

Ingredients:

  • ½ cucumber, sliced
  • ½ lemon, sliced
  • 2 cups water or a pitcher of water

Add all ingredients to a tall glass or pitcher and infuse for at least 1 hour. Enjoy your pitcher of infused water!

 

Orange Rosemary

If you’re a little bored with just plain water, this Orange Rosemary water with no added sugar will give it flavor. Oranges and rosemary are known to be rich in Vitamin C you will also enjoy its added health benefits.

Orange Rosemary Water

Ingredients:

  • ½ orange, thin slices
  • 1 rosemary sprig
  • 2 cups water

Add all ingredients to a tall glass and let infuse for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!

 

Strawberry Mint

There’s something oh-so-refreshing with the combination of sweet strawberries and mint! I enjoy this quite a lot when craving sugary drinks.

Strawberry Mint Water

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup strawberries, halved
  • 2 mint sprigs
  • 2 cups water

Add all ingredients to a tall glass and let infuse for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!

 

Lemon Blueberry

Got a cold? This combination is rich in antioxidants and Vitamin C. Give your tap water a delightful spin by adding these fruity flavors.

Lemon Blueberry Water

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ lemon, sliced
  • 2 cups water

Add all ingredients to a tall glass and let infuse for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!
