Creamy Pumpkin Mousse 

This Creamy Pumpkin Mousse recipe is a perfect dessert that you can enjoy any time of year. It’s made with simple ingredients and is such an easy no-bake dessert that you can make for your family.

INGREDIENTS

Heavy whipping cream Real maple syrup Pumpkin purée Cream cheese Pumpkin pie spice Pure vanilla extract Half & half

STEP #1

Beat the heavy cream in a large bowl with a hand mixer until it doubles in size. Add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and continue beating until light and fluffy.

Cover the whipped cream with a plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator until ready to use.

STEP #2

Beat the pumpkin purée, cream cheese, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, half &half, and remaining maple syrup in a large mixing bowl with the electric mixer until thoroughly blended.

STEP #3

Taste and adjust seasonings, as desired, to get the rich pumpkin flavor. Then, transfer to individual dessert bowls. Cover and place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour.

STEP #4

To serve, remove from refrigerator and top with maple whipped cream, pecans, and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, if desired.
