1 c. milk 2 T. melted butter 1 large egg 1 c. all-purpose flour 1 T. sugar 2 t. baking powder
1/8 t. cinnamon 1/8 t. allspice 1/8 t. ground clove 1/2 t. salt 1/2 c. blueberries purple liquid food coloring
- fresh fruits, sprinkles, whipped cream, honey, maple syrup, etc - Butter - Vanilla ice cream - Freshly cooked eggs and bacon

Get a large bowl for the white batter: Add milk, melted butter, and egg to a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined.

Add your dry ingredients: sugar, all-purpose flour, baking powder, spices, and salt. Stir to combine.

Gently fold in the juicy blueberries. Set aside to let the pancake batter rest for 3 minutes.
