Baked Corn Casserole Recipe

This Baked Corn Casserole Recipe is a classic side dish that is the perfect complement to your dinners and is good any time of the year.  Most people have the simple ingredients needed for this on hand. You can prepare it ahead of time and it tastes great the next day too if you store it in an airtight container or plastic wrap.

The Sweet Corn Casserole is one of my favorite side dishes and is a nice change if you have never tried it. It’s a  recipe that calls for two cans of corn and a cornbread mix and is such an easy recipe. The golden-brown top makes this savory side dish so delicious.

Baked Corn Casserole Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) of yellow corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) of creamed corn
  •  1 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  •  1 box (8.5 oz) of Jiffy Corn Muffin mix

How To Make Easy Baked Corn Casserole

#1.  Add the can of corn and cream-style corn into a large bowl.

#2.  Add the sour cream then pour in the melted butter. After that, add the corn muffin mix.

#3.  Add the cheddar cheese and mix well.

#4.  Add the mixture to an oven-safe casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
