This Baked Corn Casserole Recipe is a classic side dish that is the perfect complement to your holiday dinners and is also good any time of the year. Most people have the simple ingredients needed for this on hand. You can prepare it ahead of time and it tastes great the next day too if you store it in an airtight container or plastic wrap.
The Sweet Corn Casserole is one of my favorite side dishes and is a nice change if you have never tried it. It’s a recipe that calls for two cans of corn and a cornbread mix and it is such an easy recipe. The golden-brown top makes this savory side dish so delicious.
