This easy sheet pan dinner takes less than an hour to make, I recommend pairing it with these:

List of Ingredients
For Orange Chicken with Brussels Sprouts
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 orange, juiced and zested
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 t. honey, preferably local
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
- Sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 lb. brussels sprouts, trimmed, washed, and halved
- 4 bone-in, skinless chicken thighs (could also be skinless boneless thighs)
- French bread or rolls with Cinnamon Honey Butter (See Recipe Below)
For Cinnamon Honey Butter
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 butter, softened
- 1/2 c. honey, preferably local
- 1/2 c. confectioners’ sugar

Recipe Directions for Orange Chicken With Brussels Sprouts Recipe
How To Make Orange Chicken With Brussels Sprouts
Step #1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Step #2. Spray your prepared baking sheet with some non-stick baking spray. Lay the chicken thighs on the baking tray. Nestle in the Brussels sprouts, orange slices, and red onion around the chicken thighs in the rimmed baking sheet. Make it an even layer. Season the chicken and veggies with some salt and a teaspoon of pepper.
Step #3. In a small mixing bowl, whisk orange juice, olive oil, honey, and garlic with a teaspoon of salt and pepper to taste.
Step #4. Place the chicken and veggies in a large bowl then pour the glaze over. Give it a good toss and massage to evenly coat everything with the orange glaze. Put the remaining marinade in a small bowl for later.
Step #5. Place in the oven to roast until the chicken is fully cooked through and when you get crispy Brussels sprouts (until they’re golden brown). Do this for around 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle the top of the chicken with the reserved orange zest and sesame seeds (optional).
Step #6. Serve with warm crusty bread topped with cinnamon-honey butter. Enjoy!
How To Make Cinnamon Honey Butter
Step #1. In a medium bowl, combine the butter, honey, powdered sugar, and cinnamon.
Step #2. Mix the ingredients using a hand mixer until the ingredients are well combined.
Step #3. Place on a container of your choice. Enjoy!
