Easy Roasted Cauliflower Steak-2

Cauliflower is a cruciferous vegetable like Brussels sprouts. They are low-calorie and rich in nutritional benefits. The combination of spinach, pomegranate, and mashed cauliflower with this steak is amazing!

The whole dish has an amazing texture and tastes thanks to the honey sriracha sauce. I can say that this is now a favorite meal of mine because it’s so flavorful. This Roasted Cauliflower Steak is perfect to be served as a vegetarian main dish or served as a side dish for beef, roast chicken, or pork chops.

  • When you cook the garlic along with the cauliflower florets, it will remove the raw edge and make it more fork-tender.
