To use the curbside pickup option, simply select the “Free Pickup” option at checkout and choose your preferred store location. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready, usually within an hour. Then, you can drive to the store and park in the designated pickup area. Call the store number and provide your order number and name. A REI employee will bring your order to your car and place it in your trunk.
