Ingredients for The Easiest Strawberry Goat Cheese Crostini Appetizer
- 1 cup of strawberries, washed, dried, and diced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar
- French bread (smaller size loaf works best) cut into 1/2 inch slices
- Goat cheese – my container had 6 oz and I used it all. You can also find goat cheese in a cheese log. The Pioneer Woman used 4 oz, but I used more.
- 1/4 cup olive oil to baste the bread. You can start with less and see how much you need.
- Mint leaves – I tore up about 6 leaves from my plant.
- Balsamic Glaze (I love the Balsamic Glaze from Trader Joe’s!)

#7. Finally, drizzle a sweet balsamic glaze over the top to enhance its flavor. Enjoy!
