How to Make White Chocolate Christmas Bark

#1. Line your small baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal later.

#2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt one bag of white chocolate chips at a time. Stir continuously to prevent burning. Once nearly melted, remove from heat and let residual heat finish the melting process.

Ingredient list calls for two 12-oz bags of white chocolate, but directions use only one bag. Did I misunderstand something?

Hi Linda, Thank you for helping me to clarify this more clearly. I did use two bags, but found it easier to melt one bag at a time.
Thanks so much for reaching out. I hope you enjoy the recipe.
