Cranberry Almond Cookies Recipe 

This Cranberry & Almond Cookie Recipe is easy and delicious. The cookies are so pretty too. They taste even better a few days after they are made, in my opinion.

Cranberry & Almond Cookie Recipe Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 large eggs
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups dried cranberries
1 cup sliced almonds

Cranberry & Almond Cookie Recipe Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F
In a large bowl, blend together butter and sugar with an electric mixer
Add eggs and almond extract and beat well
In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, and salt
Slowly add the flour mixture to the large bowl with butter and beat on low
Stir in cranberries and almonds
Add rounded spoonfuls to a non-stick cookie sheet
Bake for 11 minutes or until a golden brown
