Ingredients for Cranberry Almond Cookie Recipe 

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups dried cranberries
  • 1 cup sliced almonds

Cranberry Almond Cookie Recipe Directions

#1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

#2. Mix butter and sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer.

#3. Add eggs and almond extract and beat well.

#4. In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, and salt.

#5. Slowly add the flour mixture to the large bowl with butter and beat on low.

#6. Stir in cranberries and almonds.

#7. Add a rounded spoonful to a non-stick cookie sheet.

#8. Bake for 11 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
