Ingredients for Blueberry Maple Lemonade
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 3 tablespoons fresh mint, crushed
- 1-2 tablespoons real maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons honey, preferably local
- 3 cups water, divided
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup club soda
- Ice cubes, to serve

How to Make Blueberry Maple Lemonade
#1. To prepare the blueberry maple syrup, combine the blueberries, mint, maple syrup, honey, and ¼ cup water in a small saucepan set over medium heat.
#2. Simmer until the mixture is heated through and starts to thicken, about 4-5 minutes. Gently press the blueberries with a wooden spoon to release their juices while stirring.
#3. Remove from heat and strain through a fine mesh strainer to separate the solids. Reserve the syrup and let it cool.
#4. In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice and remaining water. Add the blueberry maple simple syrup to taste and stir well.
#5. Fill four glasses with ice and pour the blueberry lemonade mixture until each glass is ⅔ full. Top off with club soda and garnish with mint sprigs, blueberries, and lemon wedges if desired. Enjoy!
