My family is fond of chicken recipes, so I always try to make different recipes to surprise them. Last weekend, I made these Chicken Bacon Ranch Stuffed Peppers, and let me tell you, they’re great! It took me less than an hour to get good food on the table fast.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Stuffed Peppers Recipe Ingredients
- 4 colored bell peppers
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 packet of dry ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
How to Make Chicken Bacon Ranch Stuffed Peppers
#1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch packet, half the cheddar cheese, and bacon, then mix until combined. A stand mixer is great for this.
#2. Wash the peppers, cut the tops off, and remove the seeds and ribs from the inside of the pepper. Stuff each pepper with about 1 cup of the chicken mixture.
#3. Place the peppers in a baking dish. Top the peppers with the remainder of the cheese.
#4. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the peppers are tender.
#5. Garnish with additional bacon if desired. Serve hot. Enjoy!
