Why You Should Try This Greek Yogurt Breakfast Parfait
For me, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and making this healthy yogurt parfait is perfect for my busy mornings. Making this breakfast parfait is an easy way to enjoy a delicious breakfast that is made with simple ingredients.
Kitchen Tips
- Any remaining granola you make can be stored for up to two weeks in an airtight jar or sealed Ziplock® bag. Make sure to store it in a cool dry place.
- If you don’t want to use Greek yogurt, you can use honey-flavored yogurt instead. You can simply add a drizzle of honey to plain yogurt and mix well.
What Fruits Do You Need?
Like I said in an earlier paragraph, you can use fresh fruits like berries or any of your favorite fruits in this healthy parfait. I sometimes make one with fresh strawberries, a cup of blueberries, banana slices, and layers of yogurt. You can also add apple slices like the one I did in this recipe.
