  • Herbs de Provence traditionally combines several dried herbs including lavender, thyme, fresh rosemary, and basil although the combination does vary by brand. It originates from the South of France. For a change, you can also rub the mixture on chicken, beef, or pork tenderloin.

Grilled Lamb Chops with Herbes de Provence ingredients

  • 1 Tbs dried Herbes de Provence
  • 2 Tbs Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • 1 Tbls dry white wine such as Chardonnay
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 8 1” thick lamb loin chops, trimmed
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for the pan

  • Airtight container (for leftovers)
  • Sharp knife

Cooking Process – Grilled Lamb Chops with Herbes de Provence

Step #1. Preheat the indoor grill pan to medium-high heat.

Step #2. Lightly brush the pan with olive oil.

Step #3. In a small bowl, combine the Herbes de Provence, mustard, olive oil, wine, garlic, salt and. Mix it well and brush the mixture evenly over all sides of the lamb chops.

Step #4. Place the Provence lamb chops on the grill or a broiling pan. Grill or broil for 4 minutes on each side and cook it to your desired degree of doneness.
