Cooking Process – Grilled Lamb Chops with Herbes de Provence
Step #1. Preheat the indoor grill pan to medium-high heat.
Step #2. Lightly brush the pan with olive oil.
Step #3. In a small bowl, combine the Herbes de Provence, mustard, olive oil, wine, garlic, salt and. Mix it well and brush the mixture evenly over all sides of the lamb chops.
