I made these wedges over the weekend using simple ingredients from my local grocery store and they turned out amazing! It’s such a simple recipe and a perfect homemade solution when you’re craving golden fries. They are so tasty and budget-friendly!

These potato wedges make a perfect side or a delicious snack for the whole family. The combination of the parmesan and truffle flavor gives an amazing flavor and definitely hits the spot.

  • TRUFF Black Truffle Oil

Ingredients for Air Fryer Truffle Potato Wedges with Parmesan

  • 4 large Idaho potatoes, cut into 8 narrow wedges (finger food size)
  • 2 T. truffle oil, divided
  • Sea salt
  • ¼ c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

How To Make Air Fryer Truffle Potato Wedges with Parmesan

#1. Turn on the air fryer and select the “Air Crisp” function. Set the temperature to 400°F. Adjust the timer to 20 minutes and press “Start” to pre-heat the unit.

#2. While the air fryer pre-heats, give your potato wedges a quick soak in cold water. Pat the potato wedges dry with clean paper towels.

#3. In a large bowl, drizzle the potato wedges with one tablespoon of truffle oil and toss to ensure they are evenly coated in the oil. Generously season with sea salt and set aside.

#4. When the air fryer beeps and flashes “Add Food,” add the seasoned potato wedges to the basket and spread them into a single layer without overcrowding. Close the lid to start cooking.

#5. After 10 minutes, lift the lid and carefully turn the potatoes so they brown evenly. Close the lid and continue air frying until cooking time is complete.

#6. Transfer the golden brown potato wedges to a clean work surface. If desired, give them an extra drizzle of truffle oil and additional salt.

You can also use parchment paper to serve your crispy fries. Top them with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately. Enjoy!
