- 4 t. Dijon mustard
- 1 4 oz. chicken breasts, grilled and thinly sliced
- 1 medium avocado, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 c. fresh baby spinach
- 1 c. mozzarella, shredded
- 2 t. olive oil

How To Make Chicken and Avocado Panini
Step #1. Heat your panini maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Step #2. Spread one teaspoon of Dijon mustard onto each bread slice. Step #3. Top two slices of bread with one-half of each of the following: chicken, avocado slices, tomato, baby spinach, and shredded mozzarella. Add the remaining pieces of bread to the top to form a sandwich.
Step #4. Brush the paninis on both sides with olive oil and grill until the bread is golden brown on all sides and the cheese is melted. Continue for 6-8 minutes or as directed by the manufacturer.

Chicken and Avocado Panini
Who doesn't love a delicious chicken sandwich? This Chicken and Avocado Panini recipe is perfect for your sandwich night at home!
Ingredients
- 4 white whole grain, or sourdough bread slices
- 4 t. Dijon mustard
- 1 4 oz. chicken breasts , grilled and thinly sliced
