Kitchen Tips

  • After washing your salmon, gently pat the salmon dry with paper towels. Do this especially on the skin part to remove moisture. This will help you get that crispy salmon skin you’ll love.
  • The cooking time for this delicious dish depends on the internal starting temperature and the thickness of the fillets. Fillets should flake easily with a fork when finished.
  • I highly recommend having these salmon fillets with freshly cooked rice. It’s the perfect combo to complete the meal.
