Trader Joe’s Finds
For this recipe, I sourced all my ingredients from my local Trader Joe’s. Their selection of fresh and high-quality produce items made putting this appetizer together such a breeze! Find the ingredients I used below:
Peach and Tomato Caprese Appetizer Ingredients
- Prosciutto
- Basil leaves
- Peaches, sliced
- Burrata Cheese
- Tomatoes, sliced
- Mozzarella Cheese Pearls
- Trader Joe’s Balsamic Glaze
How to Make Peach and Tomato Caprese Appetizer
Note: You can layer the ingredients in any order you like.
#1. Prep your ingredients by cleaning the peaches, tomatoes, and basil leaves.
#2. Slice the tomatoes and peaches
#4. Break apart the Mozzarella Cheese Pearls.
#5. Break open the Burrata cheese over the sink into a strainer. Let it drain for a few minutes then tear in pieces. It is juicy so it needs to be drained.
#6. Marinate the sliced tomatoes in olive oil and sea salt for a few minutes.
#7. Get a large platter, start the layer with the peaches first, then add the prosciutto. Roll up the prosciutto instead of laying it flat.
#8. Add the burrata as the next layer then add the fresh basil leaves.
#9. For the next layer, get the sliced Mozzarella Cheese Pearls and another layer of prosciutto. Finally, add the marinated sliced tomatoes after you drain them in the strainer.
#10. Drizzle your Peach and Tomato Caprese appetizer with Trader Joe’s Balsamic Glaze. Enjoy!
