#2. In a small saucepan, heat the balsamic vinegar over medium-high heat. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally, until reduced by half and syrupy. Keep warm.
#3. On a serving platter, drizzle some balsamic glaze and arrange half of the watermelon squares on top.
#4. Using a pastry bag or plastic sandwich bag with a corner cut off. Use it to pipe the whipped feta onto each watermelon square. Top with fresh basil leaves.
